Boy have we had a great year so far and with loads of fab new plans on the horizon we wanted to share one of our newest labels Jeune Bridal to the Bellamme family and give you all a little more information on this gorgeous designer.
Described by the designer herself as 'AN EXPLORATION OF THE CONTEMPORARY BRIDE, EMBEDDED IN CLASSIC GRANDEUR AND PUNCTUATED WITH CHIC AND COUTURE INSPIRED TOUCHES' the 'ONE' collection is not to be missed by our glam and fashion forward brides to be.
‘Jeune Bridal’ is the new higher end label out of the design house of the Madi Lane Bridal Group. For those who don't already know the Madi brand (and if not where have you been hiding) globally renowned for redefining the mainstream bridal look in the industry, Madi Lane burst onto the worldwide bridal stage in 2018, quickly fashioning a strong following by contemporary brides and retailers alike. Gaining in momentum ‘Jeune,’ designed for the impeccably stylish and refined takes her place centre stage. Another brainchild of Australian designer, Liz Young, ‘Jeune Bridal’ is lovingly named for Liz’s grandmother, June – the epitome of style and elegance. Meaning ‘young’ in French, Jeune is also a double entendre of her inspired roots and youthful passion for something new and exciting. ‘Jeune’ is an exploration of the contemporary bride, embedded in classic grandeur and punctuated with chic and couture inspired touches.
The Jeune label sits at a slightly higher price point between £2800-£3600 but when you see these gowns you will completely understand why they command the pennies.
Lets have a little look at the gowns individually in store and see what all the fuss is about.
Amalfi
Amalfi brings classic elegance with subtle hints of drama. The Amalfi wedding gown is adorned with a harmonious blend of an elevated, embroidered, sequin-beaded sheet lace and baroque overlay motifs representative of Amalfi’s unique coastline, flourishing with citrus fruits, leaves and bouquets of love. Amalfi’s shoulder straps include detachable statement puff shoulder long sleeves that bring the runway to your wedding day. Her boned bodice features a plunge V-neckline and a deep sultry exposed back for an elegant and refined bride offering a unique styling detail that doubles for securing the bust and waistline. Her cups are carefully constructed for added support and shaping. The bodice then trails into a tailored slimline skirt, complete with a horse-hair hem to provide a wave-effect shape and structure for effortless photo opportunities. Amalfi is lined with a silky-cool jersey for comfort and ease of wear.
Siena
Fairy-tale meets couture with the Siena wedding dress. Drawing inspiration from watercolour illustrations, Siena’s fine layers moves like liquids. Conceptualised for the contemporary princess bride she features extravagant but refined details including a voluminous and weightless shimmering a-line skirt. Dripping in sparkling embellishments of sequins, beads and a 3D chiffon motif, no detail has been spared for the Siena gown. Her cup construction and illusion bodice dramatically plunges into a deep V neckline for an accentuated bust whilst being lined with a satin charmeuse for comfort and security throughout your wedding day. The exposed scoop back is met with button detailing and wide straps, supporting the bodice and its structured inner boning for a form-fitting enhanced waistline. Siena’s pleated ballgown skirt features side seam pockets crossing over with a centre front split for ease of wear and opportunity for a pair of crystal glass slippers. The skirt is fabricated from a lightweight and crisp organdy finished with a horsehair hem to provide volume and reinforced structure for effortless photo opportunities.
Cairo
Cairo’s geometric linework is representative of the Earth’s natural raw elements of golden shimmering sand, and the wonderous pyramids. Cairo captivates with star dusted sequins, beads and embroidery. Her illusion bodice features a daring plunge neckline met with dainty beaded straps. The bodices firm boning and structured cups that further accentuate the bust and cinch the waistline. Cairo fits form against the body for the most flattering silhouette with buttons trailing down towards the fit and flare skirt, complete with a horse-hair hem train to provide a wave-effect shape and structure. With diagonal designs that reaches to an apex, Cairo creates an enhanced a balanced, streamline figure. The jersey lining creates a velvety-soft base for a lightweight and architectural body-hugging fit, that appears feather-light as she glides across the room.
Monaco
Monaco was inspired by opulent modern royalty. The ceremonious and decadent aura of the gown is alike to Monaco’s Grace Kelly. With a timeless ballgown shape and contemporary structured proportions, Monaco is bold in its approach. The pleated sweetheart strapless bodice features constructed cups and boning ensuring comfort and structure whilst accentuating the waistline. Detachable off the shoulder straps can be added to create an aristocratic inspired silhouette. Monaco’s illusion back and ultra-soft decadent charmeuse lining shows artful contrasts of texture and fabrication. Her luxurious, liquid metallic-like damask organza waterfall skirt is expertly draped and layered over the female form, moving effortlessly and elegantly due to its horsehair hem.
Odessa
Inspired by natural wonders, this gown embodies divine feminine energy and new beginnings. Flowing linework and 3D floral motifs create Odessa, with a sweetheart plunge illusion bodice and sculpted constructed cups for comfort and security. Featuring romantic off the shoulder straps and a centre front leg split. The Odessa wedding dress has an effortlessly undone look reminiscent of the beauty of nature. She features button detailing along the back of her fitted skirt trailing towards its loosely flowing silhouette, for a floaty, dream-like effect. The jersey lining creates a velvety-soft base for a lightweight and streamlined body-hugging fit, that will smooth the body. Her soft, long train with a sequin beaded sheet lace overlay creates a soft ethereal effect for breathtaking photo moments. Odessa’s 3D floral inspired motifs add a touch of whimsical romance while harmoniously blending sequin, embroidered laces and beaded detailing.
